Moonta Bay Lifestyle Estate
The Information and Sales Office is usually open Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, 11am to 2pm.
It is recommended to phone for an appointment.
Other days and times are also available by appointment.
The Lifestyle Estate is located in the pocket of land bounded by Port Hughes Road and Rossiters’ Road with entry via Willard Street in Patrick’s View.
This puts it a short stroll from the beach and a few minutes to either Moonta Bay or Port Hughes…you’re ideally located to enjoy the best of both beaches and to follow the fish wherever they’re biting.
Town facilities for both are close at hand plus the Moonta township is a few k’s away and Kadina is just down the road.
The land is gently undulating and we are creating peaceful, safe streetscapes with landscaping and lighting.
