Choose your site and your home design. Our sales team will walk you through floor plans, inclusions and finish packages. You’ll receive all contract documents upfront and have 14 days to read them and seek independent advice before signing.

Step 2
Sell

When your build timing is confirmed, work with your real estate agent to time the sale of your current home so settlement aligns with your new home’s completion.

Step 3
Inspect

Walk through your completed site and home. Check everything is as it should be and sign the inspection and condition report.

Step 4
Settle

Pay the final settlement balance.

Relax
